Yeon Building Renovation

< Back to Portfolio

Originally built in 1911, the Yeon Building was Portland’s first skyscraper at 15 stories tall. This historic 135,000 SF  renovation achieves a LEED EB/OM Silver certification, repositioning the building as a green, energy efficient property while maintaining its historic attributes. Improvements include efficiency upgrades to the mechanical & lighting systems, water efficiency improvements to the plumbing fixtures, repair of the existing storefront and sections of the lower façade and incorporation of environmentally friendly finishes in the lobby, elevator cabs, common corridors and bathrooms.
