One of the most challenging hospital renovations to ever take place in Portland, this 8-phased, 125,000 SF renovation took place while keeping the entire 9-story acute care hospital tower occupied.
The project includes re-skinning the entire tower, a complete remodel of floors 6 through 9 (a total of 224 patient beds), and minor remodels of remaining floors. All electrical services were replaced.
