The revitalization of this 4-story building originally built in the 1920's will include future office, retail and restaurant spaces. The concrete structure with a full basement requires extensive demolition and hazardous material abatement including significant enhancements to the exterior facade by way of larger window openings. Core and shell improvements include increasing the building height to 5 stories by way of an additional level added to the existing roof. Additionally, the existing roof will be modified to include a new roof top patio. Upgrades consist primarily of ADA improvements, updated restrooms, a new elevator and new MEP systems.
