After completing The Afton in 2017, Andersen was hired for completing the second phase, The Afton II.
The 5-story mid-rise includes 35 condominiums, parking and ground floor retail. Amenities provided include: electric vehicle charging stations, owner storage, bike storage, two exterior courtyards equipped with a fireplace, dog run areas, and common area landscaping. Retail space borders the street level intersection of 9th and River Streets. Three two-story townhomes run parallel with the sister development to the east, creating a unique pedestrian activated corridor between the two buildings. Living units range from 700 SF to 2,500 SF with 1 to 3 bedrooms.
