After completing phase 1, we are building a similar sized mixed-use urban condominium development adjacent to the first building. The 5-story mid-rise includes 35 condominiums, parking and ground floor retail. Amenities provided include: electric vehicle charging stations, owner storage, bike storage, and two exterior courtyards equipped with a fireplace, dog run areas and common area landscaping. Retail space borders the street level intersection of 9th and River Streets. Three two story townhomes run parallel with the sister development to the east creating a unique pedestrian activated corridor between the two buildings. Living units range from 700 SF to 2,500 SF with 1 to 3 bedrooms.
