Providence Bridgeport is an 80,000 SF, three-story medical office building that provides the growing community of Tualatin with primary and immediate care facilities, dermatology services, sleep disorder treatment, physical therapy, and a pharmacy.
The building structure consists of structural steel columns and beams with metal joists supporting the balance of the building. The building's heating and cooling system includes four roof top units and several VAV boxes throughout the building for supplementary heating. The electric system utilizes a battery back up for emergency power in place of a generator.
