This mass timber civic project consists of 40,000 SF of new and renovated space. Includes demolition of nearly 30,000 SF of existing library space, a garage, and an administration/storage building. Involves a comprehensive seismic upgrade to the existing Carnegie Library and an addition of new library space including administration, collections and community functions.
