A 5-level, 736-car parking structure erected in 32 working days with 558 pieces of precast concrete. Located on the fully operational Kaiser Sunnyside Medical Center campus, this 237,000 SF parking garage provides much-needed parking to an overflowing hospital. Built on a fast-track schedule with precast concrete, we placed 558 pieces of concrete over 32 working days to erect the entire structure. This unique system includes vertical columns and light walls with full height components.
The garage also includes two elevators and for sets of custom designed galvanized steel stairs.
