Multi-phased LEED Gold renovation of 76,000 SF across four clinic floors in two buildings at a Level 1 trauma center. Converted levels 9 & 10 of the Ninth & Jefferson Building into outpatient clinic space, and transformed levels 4 & 7 of the Maleng Building into 40 new inpatient rooms, including 20 med/surg and 20 critical care beds. Work was completed in fully occupied areas, with Phase 2 constructed directly above central sterile and active inpatient units.
