Demo existing clinical space and built out 16 patient observation bed rooms, 2 of which are private negative rooms (infectious isolation), all containing full headwalls and sliding glass doors.

Scope includes support rooms such as nourishment, medication PYXIS, soiled holding, clean storage, EVS, staff toilets, and offices. Scope of work also includes infrastructure upgrades, including decommissioning of existing 40 year old AHU, installation of temporary AHU, and new AHU. New critical branch power and electrical room will also be built out. Includes preconstruction and investigatory services prior to start of construction.
