This new 16,517 SF Medical Office Building was constructed on an existing hospital campus.
Built in a rural setting in Eastern Oregon, the Wallowa MOB is a single-story, wood framed structure that connects to the Wallowa Hospital via a covered walkway.
The MOB includes 13 exam rooms, 4 treatment rooms, physical therapy, a laboratory, doctor’s offices, nurse stations, conference rooms and waiting areas.
The structure was built on a preloaded site. Additional sitework included 66 new surface parking stalls and a stormwater retention pond.
