A new half-block 6-story multi-family development in Portland's Northwest Plan District. The building is five floors of wood framed apartments over one story of PT concrete totaling 101,600 SF. Program elements include 124 apartments in a mix of studio, one bedroom and two bedroom apartments. The ground floor contains six live/work units, lobby and one retail space. The program contains an extensive array of amenity, outdoor and entertainment spaces at the roof.
