A true urban revitalization project in downtown Salem.

This mixed use project in downtown Salem will include 107 apartment units, 20,000 SF of retail and structured parking. Located on the closed Boise Cascade paper mill, Andersen demolished a portion of the existing mill and is seismically upgrading the structure to serve as the parking garage and ground floor retail of the building. Four levels of wood framed residential units will be built above.
