This 156,621 SF affordable housing development in Seattle's Yesler Terrace neighborhood adds 114 new apartments. The seven-story building consists of a one-story basement, two levels of concrete and five stories of woodframe construction. Additional features include 75 parking stalls and community multi-purpose space. This is Andersen's 6th ground up project for SHA, and 5th at Yesler Terrace.
