62,000 SF, 6-phased complete remodel of cardiac intensive care unit (CICU), interventional recovery unit (IRU), and electrophysiology (EP) labs, along with enabling projects for relocating admin and other clinical program areas. The general work includes demolition and remodel of selected areas within the footprint of the new CICU, IRU, and EP lab program areas, and replacement or expansion of existing MEP infrastructure. This will be the only heart transplant facility/department between Sacramento and Seattle.
