Oregon State University - Coast Range Building Renovation

OSU’s Research Way Laboratory Building is a key component in accommodating university surge space for research, educational and administrative personnel during future renovations for other research facilities on OSU’s main campus.

The building serves as home to as many as 200 principle investigators, research faculty and graduate students. The renovation includes new flexible wet and dry labs designed to accommodate multiple types of research, renovation of existing labs, deferred maintenance and replacement/repair of existing mechanical equipment, and space and material reconfiguration to meet current code and OSU campus standards.
