A new 7-story, 615,000 SF hospital to serve the Portland and surrounding community, which will be located on the East side of the existing Sunnyside Campus. Planned for LEED Platinum, the project is unique in that FDC is utilizing an existing design completed by CO Architects for KP's San Diego Medical Center (SDMC) and site-adapting this design for the Sunnyside Campus project. Includes 308 patient beds, emergency department, imaging, surgery center, family birthing center and central utility plant. Multiple existing campus buildings will be demolished early and later in the project schedule.
