Construction of a new municipal Parks Maintenance Facility. Includes purpose-built administrative offices, vehicle and maintenance bays, workshops, secure material storage, and sitework. The building will incorporate mass timber structural systems, including CLT panels and glulam members, to support the city’s sustainability goals.
