Built on a sloping site, this 345-unit project is comprised of two seven-story apartment buildings separated by a switchbacking pedestrian-only path.
Mostly underground parking provides 174 stalls, along with 272 bike stalls. Amenities include coworking spaces, two roof decks with adjoining lounges, an interior courtyard and club room, pet amenities, and a gym. Together, these elements contribute to a total project size of 303,330 square feet.
Cascara is pursuing Salmon-Safe and LEED Platinum certification for the two mid-rise buildings.
