Located in Seattle’s Queen Anne neighborhood, the 1960’s building consists of a 10-story tower with 127 apartments on the upper floors and 44 assisted living units occupying the lower levels of the tower. The addition includes a 10-story elevator and stair tower addition on the north side of the existing tower. Adjacent to the tower will be a 2-story 21-unit assisted living and memory care facility. Seven solarium units will be added to the current common area. The renovation includes a Level 10 sky lounge and cafe, staff offices, library, dining area, bistro, spa, pool, wellness center and reception. The building central plant will be completely replaced with modern energy efficient equipment.
We have completed two phases of the project which includes Solarium Apartment Units, Elevator Lobbies and Corridors on Levels 3-9, main dining room and demonstration kitchen.
Future home to the Level 10 Sky Lounge and Cafe.
