This is a major accomplishment considering the project’s goal was LEED Silver and we easily reached Gold levels. Congratulations to Unico Properties and ZGF for making this project one of the most outstanding residential towers in Portland. The 26-story, 405,858 square foot mixed use development features 284 apartments, ground floor retail and underground parking.
