Three days ahead of schedule, the George Fox University Newlin Residence Hall received its Temporary Certificate of Occupancy.
This is Andersen Construction's first higher education residence hall project. This 4-story, 47,900 SF, 190-bed wood-frame structure is the largest residence hall on the George Fox University campus for upperclassmen.
