Andersen has already worked to complete the first phase of T-Mobile’s HQ renovation, which is a 69,000 SF project in Eastgate, designed by Gensler. Three levels of office space were completed in 5 months, including demolition and construction.
The Eastgate project highlights include: polished concrete floors, installation of T-Mobile branding elements throughout, café/coffee bar on the ground level, upgraded finishes on walls, specialty concrete and wood wall panels, new elevator finishes, and custom millwork.
