Thanks to David and Summer Umstot for teaching our team about the best strategies and practices for utilizing The Last Planner scheduling technique. Hosted at our Seattle office, team members from all our regions spent the morning learning about tracking metrics for task completion, milestone pull planning, 6-week pull plans, how to facilitate better communication and create flow between trades. We look forward to implementing these skills on all of our projects, and utilizing imput from all of our trades to better performing schedules.
