This 8-phased, 125,000 SF renovation took place while keeping the entire 9-story acute care hospital tower occupied. The entire tower was re-skinned (Phase 1), floors 6-9 were completely remodeled (including 224 patient beds), remaining floors included minor remodels and all electrical services were replaced.
