The long-awaited moment has come - renovation to begin on the 100-year-old historic Elks Lodge in Tacoma.
When complete, McMenamins' newest project will include 43 hotel rooms, six bars, two commercial kitchens, two restaurants, and a brewery. The currently dilapidated 44,000 SF, seven-story building will be completely restored. Early work including abatement and exploratory demolition has been completed, and construction is set to begin on October 31st. We can't wait to see it come to life!
