McMenamins Anderson School was honored by Historic Seattle with the Best Adaptive Reuse Award.

It is McMenamins largest Washington project to date and has kept much of the structure and spirit of original building intact. As part of the exchange in purchasing the property, the pool and meeting rooms are free for Bothell residents to use for at least 15 years. The city is undergoing a large-scale revitalization plan and the Anderson School was an important landmark project as a part of their vision.
