INTEGRATED PROJECT DELIVERY (IPD)

Andersen is building one of the first true Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) projects in the Pacific Northwest

IPD is a new and growing concept and we are excited to be part of one of the first true IPD projects in the Pacific Northwest at the OHSU Knight Cancer Research Building. We have been given a unique opportunity to develop a truly integrated team and create an organizational structure that has shifted paradigms, challenged conventional practices and tapped into each individual’s strengths.  The results have been remarkable. We are delivering a state of the art project that is tracking on budget through design and construction efficiencies.  We have navigated through complex permitting requirements to maintain a scheduled project completion on the date originally promised.  Most importantly we have worked collectively with the Knight Cancer Institute and OHSU to deliver the project that supports their vision.
