This cellar-to-roof renovation of the historic cast-iron and brick Averyl building is reborn as The Avery, a destination restaurant and hotel in downtown Boise.
The space includes a boutique hotel on the top three floors, and both a white linen restaurant, The Avery, and a casual tavern, Tiner’s Alley. This is Andersen’s third renovation of historic structures on the same block of Main Street including The Owyhee and The John Alden Building.
