This 450,000 SF project is highlighted by an 8-story medical tower with one lower level of parking.
The tower includes 154 patient beds, a dedicated heart and vascular center, two open heart surgery suites, 13 state-of-the-art surgery suites for trauma, general and orthopedic surgery, and five floors of private patient rooms. The expansion also includes a new free-standing central plant and a 4-level, 350 space parking garage. Andersen completed this project in a joint venture with Hoffman Construction.
