Leland James Office Building Renovation

< Back to Portfolio

This LEED Gold “re-invention” development converts a 120,000 SF building into creative, large floor-plate modern office space. Part of a 3-block development in Portland’s Con-Way blocks, the Leland James Building was originally built in 1973 as Con-Way Enterprise’s corporate offices and data center. The renovation includes a new brick skin, large windows, full seismic upgrade, new MEP systems, and a new penthouse office suite with large outdoor deck and eco roof.
