The scope of this project included a major renovation and addition to the 1910 library. The enlarged facility featured new mechanical and electrical systems, a reconfigured floor plan, reconditioned original decorative millwork, a data/communications network, a complete cosmetic upgrade, and new siding and roofing and a new parking lot.
