Andersen completed over 30 projects in the original BC/BS building. One major renovation project remodeled
four stories of the original building. The renovation involved structurally upgrading core areas and perimeter wall stiffening. In addition, electrical and mechanical elements of the building were renovated to meet new code standards. Office space was upgraded into Class A space throughout the 80,000 sf building.
