The projects are a lighting and electrical upgrade with 132,000 SF of ceiling replacement. All work was completed during night shifts since the building is fully occupied during the day with 600+ employees. The electrical renovation included changing the lighting power distribution by replacing 20 column-mounted transformers with two — 300KVA transformers located in the building’s mezzanine.
