Andersen’s first LEED Platinum project is currently under construction. The state-of-the-art cogeneration energy production faciility includes an on-site water treatment system, rainwater harvesting & re-use, passive ventilation systems for the plant, radiant heating & cooling for the occupied spaces, natural daylighting methods, low VOC materials and recycled materials.
