The structural steel-framed building includes two levels of underground parking, five high-speed elevators and a fourth floor outdoor activity area. Retail space along two levels is extended out from the main structure, providing natural light. The octagonally shaped office tower rises 187 feet above the plaza to provide unobstructed views of the Willamette River, downtown Portland and the West Hills. Reflective bronze insulating glass prevents heat gain and loss helps to increase the efficiency of the state-of-the-art mechanical system.
