The Food Innovation Center is a 33,000 SF, two-story structure that supports laboratory and office space for food research. Construction consists of a steel structure with EIFS exterior skin featuring horizontal metal bands. The building provides 15,000 SF of laboratory space, food-tasting room, training rooms, offices and conference spaces.
