The 113,000 SF project included constructing the foundations, and mechanical and electrical requirements, for ovens, mixers, bread cooling towers, flour silos, tunnels, and equipment.
The building floor consists of a high strength epoxy floor in all preparation areas. Andersen was responsible for setting all the bakery equipment that was imported from Denmark and Germany.
