A continuing care retirement community on a 28 acre site. The $56 million Retirement Facility features 266 independent living apartments and villas, a health care center with 50 assisted units, 45 health care beds (23 skilled nursing, 22 specialty care) a commons area and wellness center, in four new mid-rise buildings with underground concrete parking structures. The project also included seismically upgrading the 90-year-old existing Marylhurst Provincial House. The commons area included a community center, swimming pool and recreation area.
