This hospital expansion/remodel includes 120,000 SF of new construction and 48,000 SF of Remodel in 19 phases. New construction included a 3 story tower with full basement, a new single story gallery building adjacent to the tower, and a new four space Ambulance Garage. New interior spaces included the build-out of a 37 bed emergency department, three new day surgery rooms, a new patient lobby/gallery corridor, a 9,500 SF basement mechanical room, and 10,400 SF of basement laboratory space.
