OSU’s Platinum LEED-certified energy center building will replace the existing energy center with a new highly efficient heating plant. The new 22,500 square foot Energy Center will combine heat and power capacity of 5.5 MW of electricity and 250,000 lbs per hour of steam generation capacity. The main equipment will consist of a Gas Fired Turbine, Gas Fired HRSG and two Aux Boilers.
