The new Palmquist School Campus includes three buildings on its 27-acre site –
The 2-story, 28,000 SF Springwater Trail High School, the 2-story, 68,000 SF Hogan Cedars Elementary School, and the 14,000 SF Operations & Maintenance Facility. Work included building a new public street to access the site, four separate parking lots with three bioswales for managing stormwater, a double-diamond baseball field, outdoor basketball courts, playground, and 3 acres of landscape.
