The original 14,000 SF was an Andersen Design-Build project completed in 1989. The current project expands the original project by 100,000 SF in a 2-story service building, with a first level containing 41 service bays, supporting offices and parts storage, and the upper level with 113 car stalls, parts storage, and a lunch room. The structure is steel framed with a concrete on metal decking slab and decorative CMU exterior walls.
