A 153,000 SF multi-tenant commercial shopping center that serves as the gateway to the Hedges Creek housing and commercial Development in Tualatin. Included are a full-service grocery store, post office, and other retail shops. Construction is concrete tilt-up panels with a snap-brick veneer, the first use of this system in the Northwest. The brick veneer is accented with heavy wood timber.
