The structure was constructed with structurally reinforced CMU block and structural steel, over a 200,000 SF site.
The Service Building includes 38 service work bays. The Service Building is also completed tiled with a red Clinker tile. Above the Service Building is a parking deck for nearly 100 cars. The total parking capacity for the site is an excess of 200 cars.
