Our Seattle office just won 3rd & Cedar Mixed Use Tower with Wood Partners, a $53 million, 27-story tower in downtown Seattle.
This project will be built using the innovative "top/down" method which allows for building up in the air while at the same time floors are constructed underground. The architect of record is Hewitt. The site involves construction of 6 levels of underground parking below 27 floors of mixed use and apartments. The building is supposed to break ground in September this year and thanks to the "top/down" construction method it will take three months less to build, compared to conventional schedule.
