Assists in the administration of safety, accident and fire protection programs to maintain safe work environment at a specific project. Conducts work area surveillance inspections, air sampling tests, employee-contractor safety training programs, etc. Investigates and ensures proper documentation of all accidents, safety violations, unsafe conditions, etc.

Paid Vacation
After six months of continuous employment, new employees are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation. After five years of employment employees are eligible for three weeks of vacation.

Employees are then provided with 100% reimbursement for tuition and fee expenses associated with an employee obtaining approved education and training at local colleges and technical schools.
In-house training plays a major role in continuous company improvement. These in-house education and training activities include monthly sharing and training sessions with project management and administrative personnel to share lessons learned, highlight new technology uses, discuss new safety and regulatory issues, and team brainstorm solutions to common challenges. Andersen also has a number of active in-house computer user groups that meet to discuss computerized project management, scheduling, and job costing.
