Why should you join our team?

The employee benefits provided by Andersen include complete medical and dental insurance; a Company sponsored Cafeteria Benefit Package, which enables pre-tax earnings to be used for purchasing additional medical/dental services and childcare. Employees accrue 1/2 day of sick leave for each month worked. Additional benefits include Andersen's Employee Assistance Program.

Paid Vacation

After 6 months continuous employment, new employees will be eligible for 40 hours paid vacation and will continue to earn vacation hours at a rate of 40 hours every 6 months until the following method is applicable.

Length of Service as of 2/01 - Vacation Earned on 2/01
After 1 full year (but less than 5 years) - 2 weeks (80 hours)
After 5 years - 3 weeks (120 hours)

Andersen is strongly committed to the growth and development of our employees. Employee evaluations identify an individual's growth opportunity areas. Employees are then provided with 100% reimbursement for tuition and fee expenses associated with an employee obtaining approved education and training at local colleges and technical schools.

In-house training plays a major role in continuous company improvement. These in-house education and training activities include monthly sharing and training sessions with project management and administrative personnel to share lessons learned, highlight new technology uses, discuss new safety and regulatory issues, and team brainstorm solutions to common challenges. Andersen also has a number of active in-house computer user groups that meet to discuss computerized project management, scheduling, and job costing.
