Candidate has potential for advancement to Sr. Estimator. This position will prepare conceptual estimates, bid packages, analysis of subcontractor bids, and write subcontracts. Interfaces with Owner, A/E's and contractors to provide cost data in support of design development decision making. Develop GMP estimates for sustaining work projects for a large health care network
Applicant must have a minimum 5 years estimating experience, Engineering or CM degree, be Timberline proficient, able to develop accurate estimates based on a job walk with verbal clarifications.

Paid Vacation

After 6 months continuous employment, new employees will be eligible for 40 hours paid vacation and will continue to earn vacation hours at a rate of 40 hours every 6 months until the following method is applicable.

Length of Service as of 2/01 - Vacation Earned on 2/01
After 1 full year (but less than 5 years) - 2 weeks (80 hours)
After 5 years - 3 weeks (120 hours)
