The Senior Superintendent must be experienced at performing all superintendent responsibilities on projects being constructed above a $2 million/month pace. This position oversees all field operations and total construction effort to ensure projects are done well.

Paid Vacation
After 6 months continuous employment, new employees will be eligible for 40 hours paid vacation and will continue to earn vacation hours at a rate of 40 hours every 6 months until the following method is applicable.
Length of Service as of 2/01 - Vacation Earned on 2/01 After 1 full year (but less than 5 years) - 2 weeks (80 hours) After 5 years - 3 weeks (120 hours)
