The Senior Superintendent must be experienced at performing all superintendent responsibilities on projects being constructed above a $2 million/month pace. This position oversees all field operations and total construction effort to ensure projects are done well. Minimum 10 years of construction experience is required.

Paid Vacation
After six months of continuous employment, new employees are eligible for two weeks of paid vacation. After five years of employment employees are eligible for three weeks of vacation.

In-house training plays a major role in continuous company improvement. These in-house education and training activities include monthly sharing and training sessions with project management and administrative personnel to share lessons learned, highlight new technology uses, discuss new safety and regulatory issues, and team brainstorm solutions to common challenges. Andersen also has a number of active in-house computer user groups that meet to discuss computerized project management, scheduling, and job costing.
