LOCATION: Portland, Oregon — Prepares and/or coordinates preparation of full estimates on all project types and sizes being pursued by the company. — Provides conceptual, schematic, design-development and final CD estimating on negotiated CM/GC projects or lump sum GC work. — Works with Owners, A/E’s and contractors to provide cost data in support of design development decision making or resolve technical matters during the estimating phase of a project.
