LOCATION: Portland, Oregon — Develop GMP estimates for sustaining work projects for a large healthcare network — Minimum 5 years estimating experience — Candidate for advancement to Sr. Estimator — Engineering or CM degree — Timberline proficient — Able to develop accurate estimates based on a job walk with verbal clarifications — Prepare conceptual estimates, bid packages, analysis of subcontractor bids, and write subcontracts — Interfaces with Owner, A/E’s and contractors to provide cost data in support of design development decision making.
